We offer a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee exclusively on The Andromeda Stack when purchased as a 90-day supply (3 kits purchased together in a single order). If you are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a refund within 90 days from the date of delivery, subject to the
conditions below.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee:

The order must be for The Andromeda Stack (3 kits / 90-day supply) purchased together.

The refund request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

The customer must submit a completion acknowledgement / declaration confirming:
The product was used as per the recommended directions.
They are dissatisfied with their experience.
4. The guarantee may be availed only once per customer per lifetime. A “customer” may be identified using order records including email address, phone number, shipping address or payment method.
Refund Value & Method

Refunds will be issued for the product value only.

Any shipping charges paid at the time of order will be deducted from the refund amount.

If free shipping was applied at the time of purchase, no shipping charges will be deducted.

Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damages, Defective Items & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us at support@provadix.in along with clear photos and your order ID. Upon verification we will arrange for replacement or refund, as applicable.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery:

Consumable products that have been opened or used.

Single-kit purchases or individual product SKUs.

Refund requests submitted after 90 days from the date of delivery
Promotional & Special Offers
Orders placed under clearance sales, end-of-life stock sales, or special promotional campaigns that are explicitly marked as non-refundable or excluded from the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee are not eligible for refunds under the guarantee.
Important clarification: The standard price and standard promotional offers displayed on The Andromeda Stack product page, including the regular discounted price at which the product is ordinarily sold, remain eligible for the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Abuse, Misuse & Policy Violations
PROVADIX reserves the right to refuse or deny refunds in cases of:

Repeated refund requests by the same customer

Suspected misuse or abuse of the guarantee

False declarations or misrepresentation

Violation of the terms stated in this policy
All refund decisions made in such cases will be final.
